How To Get Multiple Accounts eMails In One Inbox

Most of us do have multiple email accounts. It is necessary now a days to keep your personal private life away from web life. Every-time you go for new website, you have to register on that site and also need to provide your email address.
Is a time consuming and boring task to switch to different websites and different email inbox.

Gmail give you a simple option of multiple sign-in and you can easily switch between your multiple email accounts easily without logging out from any account.

But if you have accounts at different email service providers, it is really become hard and time consuming.

Here is  simple way to get all your email messages from multiple email accounts from same host or different host to any single email inbox address.

Considering that you have two email addresses with Gmail and one with yahoo. You can do this steps for any number of account. Only you have to decide where you want all your emails.

➤Suppose you have three email addresses
user1@gmail.com
user2@gamil.com
user3@yahoo.com

➤You want to get all your messages to user1@gamil.com

➤You have to forward all mails from user2@gamil.com and user3@yahoo.com to user1@gmail.com

Start with GMail
Gmail settings
Log in to your second Gmail account. Go to settings. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP option.

  • A confirmation email with a confirmation code and or a confirmation link will be sent to address you have entered.
  • Now log in to that account (user1@gmail.com)
  • Copy the confirmation code and enter that code in the box provided for confirmation on your user2@gmail.com page and click on verify.
  • Select the option about whether you want to forward mail and keep it in your original account or delete or mark read.
  • Don't forget to click on Save button at bottom to save these setting.
Now you are ready to get all the emails to your master account without logging in to multiple accounts.

Now with Yahoo! Mail
You have to repeat the same procedure here also.
  • Log in to your yahoo mail account and click on Option at top right side just after your name and sign out link and select Mail option link.
  • A option page will be displayed. In that select POP & Forwarding option.
  • Select Yahoo! mail to another email address.
  • Enter the Master email address where you want to get all your emails. Here (user1@gmail.com)
  • Select the desired option from drop down menu.
A confirmation email will be sent to your master email address. You have to log in and click on the confirmation link.

Now you are ready to get all your email in single account.

You can also do same with other service providers like Hotmail or Live mail from Microsoft, or Rediffmail or with any other email service provider. Same facility is also available if you are using Google Apps account for emails.

There is a first option Forwarding in this tab. Click on Add a forwarding address button. A pop up window will be displayed. enter the address you want to get all your email. In this case it is user1@gamil.com
